Meet Garrett Casada, a Graduate Master Builder who has always prided himself on following in the footsteps of his heritage. With over 25 years of home-building experience, Garrett has had the opportunity to craft award-winning designs for custom homes across the greater Houston area. Quality and craftsmanship run in his blood, as it did for his father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Licensed and insured, Garrett is a proud member of the Greater Houston Builders Association and crafts under the ACES Builders’ Warranty.

With his wealth of experience, Garrett has learned to create, design, schedule, coordinate and construct any new custom home with the highest standard of quality, expertise and pride. From residential to commercial builds, no project is too large or too small for Garrett, and all are treated with the utmost passion and care.

While Garrett’s main focus has been to build in the Memorial Villages, River Oaks and Royal Oaks communities, he has also worked northwest of Houston for many years. Specifically, he has built in areas such as Austin and the Brazos, Grimes, Lee and Washington Counties.
 
Garrett is also a long-time resident of Brenham, Texas, and is a volunteer firefighter for the Brenham Fire Department. As a volunteer firefighter, Casada dedicates his time and effort to help keep his community safe from fires and other emergencies. Garrett's commitment to volunteering as a firefighter demonstrates his passion for helping others and serving his
community.
